Jennifer has over 15 years of Project Controls experience and more than 18 years in the mining and construction industry. Having worked on the client, contractor, and engineering sides, she brings a well-rounded perspective. Jennifer played a key role in forming the WIM Sudbury board in 2019 and is passionate about increasing the representation of women in mining. She understands the value of mentorship and the importance of highlighting successful women in the industry.
Currently, Jennifer works as Project Controls with Stuart Olson. She thrives on the dynamic nature of the mining and construction industry. Born in Toronto but raised in Sudbury, she appreciates the city's lakes, its strong community, and the incredible career opportunities it offers. Entrepreneurial at heart, she also holds a real estate license and finds fulfillment in helping others build wealth through real estate.
Brianne has over 15 years of experience working in the mining industry, specializing in resource geology and mine planning software. She currently works at Deswik as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Brianne also remains an active member of her community as Past President with WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) Sudbury, as an Executive with Young Mining Professionals Sudbury, and as the Sponsorship Chair for the 2022 CIM MEMO (Maintenance, Engineering & Reliability/Mine Operators) conference. Brianne spent most of her life in Vancouver, B.C., and attended UBC where she studied Geological Sciences and Geography. In her spare time, Brianne loves to travel, work on photography projects, and snowboard.
Isabelle has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry with a core focus in identifying professional candidates for the natural resource industries. Currently directing recruitment for Calstone Search/Workforce Inc., Isabelle works closely with many mining and mining support companies working to increase the representation of women in their organization.In joining the Women in Mining Sudbury board, Isabelle hopes to play a part in promoting initiatives that will encourage more women to pursue a career in the mining industry, create mentorship opportunities to support women early on in their careers, as well as educate employers on the sensitivities and importance of diversity and inclusion.
She enjoys spending free time with family and friends, being active outdoors, reading, and there isn’t a podcast she doesn’t enjoy.
Born in Sudbury and raised in Elliot Lake, Celine is a true Northerner with a strong connection to her community. As Events Coordinator for Women in Mining Sudbury, she plans and executes events that promote networking, mentorship, and empowerment within the mining industry. With expertise in marketing, social media, event planning, and communications, Celine drives initiatives that engage and support the community.
In addition to her role at WIM Sudbury, Celine is the Executive Administrator for Thiess Mining Canada, contributing to its operations in Sudbury. She is also active with the Modern Mining and Technology Sudbury committee, CIM Sudbury, and volunteers for Easter Seals Ontario’s NHL Hockey Classic. Celine is also an occasional national anthem singer for the Sudbury Wolves and Sudbury Five.

Giah is a marketing and communications professional with over 10 years of experience. As the Marketing and Communications Manager at CEMI, she brings her passion for innovation and creativity to the forefront, continuously exploring new ways to advance in an ever-evolving industry.
Her determined approach allows her to successfully implement game-changing strategies and techniques that have set new standards in the mining sector.
In addition to her work at CEMI, Giah also serves as the Executive Director of the CIM Sudbury Branch, as a Board Director for the Sudbury Women's Centre, and as a member of the Communications and Outreach Committee for the Ontario Mining Association. These roles enable her to share her knowledge and experience while collaborating with like-minded professionals. One of Giah's passions is empowering women in mining. She strives to create a nurturing environment where women can make their mark without hesitation.
Jennifer is a Professional Geoscientist graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with over 20 years of combined technical, operations and consulting experience in the Mining Industry. Jennifer is currently the Vice President - North America at Normet Canada. Jennifer's experience includes Exploration Geology in remote areas of Northern Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Production Geologist at the Seabee Mine in Northern Saskatchewan, Mine Geologist at Vale’s Coleman Mine.
She also held various roles at KGHM’s Levack & McCreedy Mines including, Mine Geologist through Chief Mine Geologist, then transitioned into Operations having held roles as a Front Line Supervisor for Production and Mine Superintendent and was also the Mine Manager with direct oversight of the operation of Glencore’s Craig Mine Infrastructure (Lease Agreement) and KGHM’s Morrison Deposit.
Indira Linares Wills brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, having led brand and strategy initiatives across Latin America, the U.S., and Canada.
Originally from Honduras, she began her career managing campaigns for mass consumer brands in the retail, food, and beverage industries. Now based in Sudbury, she works in the mining technology sector, leading product marketing and communications for Hexagon, with a focus on safety, remote operations, and digital innovation.
As Membership Coordinator for WIM Sudbury, Indira is committed to creating meaningful connections within the community, supporting women’s visibility and leadership in the industry, and ensuring that new members feel welcome, informed, and engaged.
